During his brief court appearance Thursday, where a DailyMail.com photographer was present, Bonilla loudly demanded that he withdraw to the media from the courtroom. “I don’t want my face on TV,” he said.

Surveillance footage from the area shows a man, identified by police as Bonilla, running toward a white van just moments after Rappa was killed. He can be seen dumping what appears to be boxed in the back of the truck before driving away.
