Suspects Arrested

Three suspects were identified and arrested in connection with Strozier’s death: Alex Nathaniel Davis, 30; Austin Johnson, 23; and Kaelin Hutchinson, 24.

Strozier’s body was recovered Thursday, the same day authorities say Davis admitted to killing Strozier in the pond while Johnson was present.

After the murder, the couple weighed his body and threw Strozier into the water, authorities allege.

Davis and Johnson are charged with first-degree murder. Davis also faces a kidnapping charge. They are both being held at the Le Flore County Jail without bond. They are due to return to court on August 6.

Hutchinson, whose bail was set at $ 250,000 Friday, is charged with obstructing an officer, accessory to the act, and conspiracy, PEOPLE confirms. Like the other two, he has yet to plead guilty and the suspects’ lawyers were not immediately identified.
