Euphoria Ann M. Lomena-Reid — commonly referred to simply as Bliss Reid — is a presenter and public journalist for MSNBC, actually one of the organization’s better-known hosts, facilitating a fruitful morning show for MSNBC. She has also authored a few books on the American political framework, and her volumes of political commentary and political research have been featured in The New York Times, The Everyday Monster, New York Magazine, The Watchman, and the Miami Envoy.
She currently lives in New York with her other half Jason, a narrative film supervisor for the Disclosure Channel, and their three children.
Early life and family Reid was born Happiness Ann Lomena on December 8, 1968 in Brooklyn, New York City.

Her father was a designer from Congo, and her mother was a teacher and nutritionist from English Columbia, Canada, who met at the College of Iowa while focusing on graduate school. When Euphoria was still young, her parents separated and her father returned to Congo. She grew up this way with her brother and sister in Denver, Colorado, but when Delight was 17, her mother died of cancer, and she then moved to Flatbush, New York City to live with an aunt.
Reid attended Harvard College, where she was initially interested in a pre-drug degree, but eventually her energy for news reporting followed, despite graduating in 1991 with a degree in film. Reid began her career as a reporter when she found employment elsewhere at a consulting firm in 1997, and began working for a WSVN Direct 7 morning show in Florida, after which she was recognized as an individual with the Knight Community for Private Reporting in 2003.
During the 2004 official mission, Reid was the Florida-appointed chief of correspondence for the 527 “America Meeting up” rides for the official majority government mission. In 2006, she was the co-host of ‘Wake Up, South Florida’, a morning television program broadcast from Miami, Florida. Reid was also a press aide for President Barack Obama’s Florida campaign in 2008.
In 2011, she was the supervising supervisor of “The Grio” and theGrio.com, a political arm of the Miami Messenger, and ran her own political blog – “The Reid Report” – and served as a proofreader. In 2014-2015, Reid temporarily hosted her own news show, dubbed “The Reid Report”, but it was discontinued after one season.
Later in 2015, she was named as a public journalist for MSNBC, and in 2016, she was the host of “AM Euphoria”, a politically syndicated late-week morning program on MSNBC, which instantly became one of the most exceptionally rated morning shows for the organization. In 2015, she distributed the book “Break: Barack Obama, the Clintons, and the Racial Gap”.
She was also the co-promoter of “We Are The Change We Look For: The Discourses of Barack Obama”
Discussion In 2017, a Twitter client posted messages written by Reid to her blog, “The Reid Report,” produced between 2007 and 2009.
The posts ridiculed gay people and blamed a few characters for being gay, but claimed to be straight for their own political gain. At first, Reid denied these posts as her own and, surprisingly, launched an investigation to check if her blog had been hacked. After the investigation, it was determined that there was no hacking, and they were sure about her blog.
“I really don’t accept that I composed those contemptuous things because they’re totally foreign to me,” Reid said on her show. “Still, given the things I’ve tweeted and written before, I can understand why certain people don’t trust me. I am not precluded from being idiotic or hideous or pernicious to the individuals I am called upon to advocate for.
That’s what I own. It makes perfect sense to me. What’s more, for that I’m sincerely, really sad.
More posts from her blog were recovered later that same year; these posts were about the migration of Jews in Israel and a ridiculous photo of the (currently deceased) Congressman John McCain.
Reid officially apologized for those posts, saying she complained about being offered those expressions and that she “…is a preferred person today over the one I was a while ago.
There are things I deeply complain about and feel humiliated by, things I would have said differently, and issues where my point of view has changed. Today I sincerely say ‘sorry’.” again.”
Regardless of the debate and reaction from many fans and associations, MSNBC has been supportive of their reporter through all claims and throughout the recording.
They accept that they do not reflect the individual and expert Reid has been with the organization for a decade. Total Assets and Virtual Entertainment Reid has total assets of over $1.5 million as assessed by definitive sources. Reid and her other half own a home in Pembrook Pines, Florida, as well as an apartment on Manhattan’s selective Roosevelt Island.
Reid has over 200,000 followers on Facebook, over 100,000 on Instagram, and a whopping 1.3 million fans on Twitter.
