Crosley MacEachen, a prominent soccer player at a prestigious private high school in Ohio, was accused of entering a girl’s bedroom while she was sleeping, stripping her, and sexu**ally assaulting her.
Crosley MacEachen, who graduated from the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, where full tuition costs $ 16,100, was indicted in the Hamilton County Court of Common Appeals for ra**pe, gross se**xual imposition, and se**xual assault.
The former star school player planned to play soccer at St. Francis University in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in the fall, but his arrest in June may have changed his dreams.
According to court documents cited by the Cincinnati Enquirer, the teenager was asleep in the bedroom of a Symmes Township home on December 6, 2020.
He woke up around 5 am with MacEachen “on top of her,” having s**ex with her, the newspaper reported.
“She pushed him away from her and realized she was na**ked, despite wearing clothes when she went to sleep,” according to the documents.
A month earlier, MacEachen allegedly gra**bbed the girl’s butt from another direction in Sycamore Township.
“She sat on the bed and when she tried to get up and away from him, he pushed her down. She fled the house, ”the documents say.

MacEachen has been charged with gross sexual imposition, rape, and se**xual assault.

His attorney Scott Croswell emphasized that the case is based on “unproven allegations.”
“We intend to aggressively defend the case,” he told the Enquirer.
MacEachen, who played football at Moeller High School before transferring to Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy for his senior year, is free after a family member posted a $ 100,000 bond.

In a statement to WLWT, Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy said: “The CHCA learned of an investigation that resulted in charges brought against a former student. The alleged incident did not occur on school property or during a school-sponsored event. ”
He added: “CHCA is saddened by the individuals and families affected by this alleged incident, and our prayers remain with them.”
The University of St. Francis has not responded to requests for comment from the station.
No date has been set for the trial.
